Sub-processors

Third parties that process personal data or customer project content on behalf of Projexio. We keep this list current and notify customers of material changes as described in the Data Processing Addendum.

Last updated 1 July 2026. In this document, Projexio, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the provider of the Projexio service, and “you” means the customer or visitor.

This page lists organisations that process personal data or customer project content when providing the Projexio service. Categories are named rather than vendor brands where the specific provider may change without changing the nature of the processing.

If you need a signed copy for procurement, or want to be notified of changes, email support@projexio.org and ask to be added to the sub-processor notification list.

2. How changes are handled

We update this page when a sub-processor is added, replaced or removed for a material processing purpose.

Enterprise customers who have asked to be notified receive advance notice of material additions or replacements, with an opportunity to object as set out in the Data Processing Addendum.

  • Infrastructure changes within the same category and region set are treated as operational updates and reflected on this page.
  • A change that introduces a new category of processing or a new geography is treated as material.
